Returns Policy

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery only if the item arrives damaged or defective. We do not accept returns for change of mind, personal preference, or if you simply do not like the product.

To request a return, please contact us with your order number and clear photos or videos showing the damage. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will guide you through the next steps.

If your return is approved, you may receive a replacement or a refund, depending on the case. Refund processing times may vary based on your payment provider or bank.

Shipping

We currently offer free shipping across all of the UAE. At the moment, we only ship within the UAE, but we plan to expand to other countries soon.
